These Terms and Conditions govern the repair services provided for motorcycles by our company in Egypt. By engaging with our services, whether for routine maintenance, repairs, or parts replacement, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully to ensure that you fully understand our policies.
1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all motorcycle repair services provided by our company, including routine maintenance, general repairs, part replacements, and custom modifications.
1.2. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Our company reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated directly to the customer via our website, email, or other communication channels.
1.4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt, and any disputes arising from these services will be resolved under Egyptian jurisdiction.
2. Services Offered
2.1. We offer comprehensive motorcycle repair services, including engine repairs, electrical system diagnostics and repairs, brake servicing, suspension maintenance, tire replacements, and more.
2.2. Custom modifications, including but not limited to exhaust system upgrades, performance tuning, and aesthetic changes, are also available, with services tailored to the specific model of motorcycle.
2.3. All services provided are subject to the availability of necessary parts and the specific requirements of the customer. In cases where parts need to be ordered, the timeline may be extended depending on shipping times.
2.4. Our skilled technicians use high-quality parts and follow industry standards to ensure that all repairs and modifications are performed to the highest quality.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. Customers must schedule a service appointment through our online platform, phone, or in-person at our service center. Service appointments are subject to availability and may require a deposit or payment upfront for certain services.
3.2. Payment must be made in full before the release of the motorcycle after repairs or services have been completed. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and other approved methods.
3.3. In the case of major repairs or modifications, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
3.4. Prices for services will be quoted in advance based on the work required and any parts needed. If the scope of work changes or additional repairs are necessary, we will notify you before proceeding with the additional costs.
4. Service Timeframes
4.1. We strive to complete all motorcycle repairs within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of booking. However, repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue, availability of parts, and service load.
4.2. If the service will take longer than initially anticipated, we will inform the customer of any delays and provide a revised timeframe.
4.3. For standard repairs and maintenance, we aim to complete the service within 1-5 business days, depending on the extent of the work.
4.4. Custom modifications or complex repairs may take longer, and an estimated timeline will be provided upon evaluation of the motorcycle.
5. Cancellations and Changes
5.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, we request that you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this period may incur a small administrative fee.
5.2. If, during the repair process, additional work is required, we will contact you to discuss the details and gain approval before proceeding with any changes to the original estimate.
5.3. If repairs are completed before the agreed-upon timeline, we will notify you, and you may choose to pick up your motorcycle earlier.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. We provide a warranty on all repairs and parts replaced during service. The standard warranty period is 6 months for parts and labor. If any issues arise within this period, we will repair or replace the part at no additional charge.
6.2. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications made by the customer outside of our services.
6.3. Our company is not liable for any damage to the motorcycle resulting from previous repairs or modifications that were not performed by our technicians.
6.4. We are also not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or accidents resulting from the use of the motorcycle after the service has been completed.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details regarding the motorcycle’s issues or any symptoms that may help in diagnosing the problem.
7.2. Customers must ensure that their motorcycle is delivered in a safe and secure manner. Any damage occurring during transport is not covered by our company.
7.3. If the customer fails to collect their motorcycle within the specified time after the repair is completed, a storage fee may apply.
7.4. In cases where the customer provides the parts for installation, our company is not liable for any defects or issues arising from those parts.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process or throughout the service will be kept confidential and used solely for processing the repair services.
8.2. We will not share or sell your personal data to any third parties unless required by law or for the purpose of fulfilling the services provided.
8.3. Customers may request to access or modify their personal data by contacting our customer service team.
9. Ownership of Motorcycle
9.1. The ownership of the motorcycle remains with the customer at all times, even while it is in our possession for repairs.
9.2. Our company assumes no ownership of the motorcycle or any parts removed during the service, except for parts that are replaced and paid for by the customer.
9.3. If a customer defaults on payments for services rendered, we reserve the right to withhold the motorcycle until payment is made in full.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. In the event of a dispute regarding services rendered, we encourage the customer to contact us directly to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter will be handled through the relevant consumer protection laws in Egypt.
